head-mod — the head moderator your Discord doesn’t have to hire

head-mod sits in your server like a senior staff member: it reads the room, runs your support tickets, and moderates the chat — while you keep the keys. It’s powered by AI, but every destructive action goes through a verifier-loop, so nothing happens behind your back.

What it does

🎫 Auto-resolves tickets — answers members from your knowledge base, escalates to your staff only when it can’t solve something.
🧠 Learns from every case — each resolved ticket makes it smarter; it builds its own knowledge base over time.
🛡️ Moderates chat — ban, kick, timeout, and message cleanup, plus AutoMod-style rules.
🖼️ Reads images & video (ContentGuard) — catches ad and scam spam that text-only bots miss.
🎭 Your tone, your rules — pick a persona (Friendly / Neutral / Strict) and dial in warmth, brevity, and firmness.
✅ Verifier-loop — the AI does the work, you approve the keys, with a full audit log.
📊 Real dashboard — tickets resolved, response times, and moderation stats.

How you use it

No commands to memorize. Just @mention head-mod or talk to it in a ticket — it understands natural language. Everything else lives in the dashboard.

Commands: /ticket add @user · /ticket remove @user
