Raidify

Raid sign-ups, rosters and attendance for World of Warcraft Classic. Raids are created on the web app at raidify.app; the bot posts them in Discord, fills them as people sign up, and keeps the message current.

Raiders do not need an account to sign up. The first sign-up creates one.

Features

Live-updating embeds. Roster counts, status changes and sign-up buttons refresh in place. No manual re-posting.
Slash command sign-ups. Members pick a character and spec from a dropdown, and can create a character during the flow.
Rich roster display. Tanks, healers, melee and ranged DPS, with WoW class colours and spec emojis.
Scheduled reminders. Automatic pings at 24h, 2h and 1h before the raid.
Group planning. Post party assignments as a live embed, with waitlist, unassigned and tentative players shown.
Attendance confirmation. Ask the approved roster to confirm or decline, and watch responses land in real time.
Guild integration. Map Discord roles to Raidify permission sets so access follows the roles you already maintain.
Raid announcements. New guild events post automatically to a channel you choose, with an optional role ping.
Personal notifications. Organizers can route reminders and sign-up alerts to any channel via a webhook.

Commands

Raidify uses slash commands only. Type / in any channel the bot can see for the full list.

/help - Start here. One embed listing every command, with links to the web app and the setup guide. Needs no account, no linked guild and no raid, and works in servers and in DMs.

For raiders:

/signup raid-id: - Sign up for an event, choosing character and spec.
/raids [count] - Show upcoming raids with date, instance, status and roster count.
/raid - Show details for a specific raid, including waitlist and pending approvals.
/roster - Show the roster for a raid, grouped by role.
/characters - See your characters and correct a level Raidify could not confirm.

For officers:

/groups - Post group assignments for a raid as a live embed.
/confirm-roster - Post a confirmation embed for the raid roster.
/confirm-groups - Post a confirmation embed for group assignments.

For loot council, available only to officers holding the Loot permission in a linked guild:

/loot coverage - How many raiders have made a wishlist.
/loot request-lists - Send a wishlist reminder to that guild’s own roster members who have not submitted one in the last 90 days. One message per person rather than per character, the message identifies Raidify, and results are returned privately to the officer who ran it. It cannot message anyone outside that guild’s roster.

Getting started

Add Raidify to your server.
Create a guild at raidify.app and link your Discord server in its settings.
