Heimdall — Dedicated Discord Scam & Spam Protection

Heimdall is a dedicated anti-scam and anti-spam bot designed to protect Discord communities without replacing their existing moderation tools. Currently protecting over 85,000 members across 64 servers, Heimdall has scanned more than 750,000 messages, automatically muted 580 accounts following suspected scam or spam activity, and identified 69 known scammers who failed enhanced verification when joining protected servers.

Built for one job

Heimdall isn’t a general-purpose moderation bot. It focuses specifically on detecting and containing scams, spam, suspicious links and coordinated attacks.

It’s designed to work alongside your existing bots rather than compete with them. There’s no unnecessary collection of moderation commands, entertainment features or unrelated extras.

You keep the tools you already use. Heimdall handles scam and spam protection.

Protection without unnecessary punishment

Heimdall looks for patterns associated with suspicious activity, using multiple detection methods and safeguards to reduce false positives.

Not every unusual message comes from a scammer, and established community members shouldn’t automatically be treated as malicious because of one suspicious action.

Developed from real incidents

Heimdall’s protections are developed around real scam and spam activity, including malicious links, scam images, repeated messages and coordinated campaigns.

It doesn’t rely on AI to decide who gets punished. Its detection systems use observed patterns and account behaviour to determine when intervention is necessary.

No system is perfect

Heimdall can occasionally make mistakes. When legitimate activity triggers an incorrect detection, the incident is investigated and the relevant safeguards are reviewed and improved.

False positives aren’t brushed aside. They’re treated as problems worth fixing.

Heimdall’s purpose is straightforward: stop scams and spam while causing as little disruption to legitimate members as possible.
